Player Eligibility and Account Rules

We operate a strict one-account-per-player policy. You may hold only one registered account at Galleon at any time. Opening duplicate or additional accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is a breach of these terms. Where we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, we reserve the right to close the additional accounts, void any associated bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited account activity.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. We may request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment details at any stage. Failure to supply satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Prohibited Activities and Consequences

You agree not to engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of our platform or harms other players. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating or operating multiple accounts; using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with our games or systems; colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software errors or technical faults; and any form of fraudulent payment activity, including the use of payment methods that do not belong to you.

Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that prohibited activity has taken place, we may suspend your account immediately pending investigation, cancel any bonuses or free spins credited to the account, void winnings generated during the period of suspected misconduct, and permanently close your account. We will communicate the outcome of any investigation through our standard support channels. If you believe a decision has been made in error, you may raise a dispute with us directly, and we will review the matter in good faith.

Deposits carry a minimum threshold of £20, and withdrawals are also subject to a minimum of £20. Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the combined bonus and free spin winnings before any withdrawal can be processed. A maximum bet of £5 applies while a bonus is active, and bonus funds remain valid for seven days from the date of activation. Slots contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; contribution rates for other game types may differ and will be communicated at the point of bonus activation.
